JSI's Clients Only page offers specific online services for clients. JSI currently offers three such services: an online tariff posting service; online documentation and interactivity for companies using the JSI Solutions Accounting and Financial software; and Network Services' online Service Order Administration (SOA) number porting application. JSI continues to investigate additional online services for clients.
JSI's online tariff posting service applies to both company-specific tariff filings and companies participating in the JSI tariff. Once you sign up for JSI's online tariff service, you will be issued a username and password. JSI Solutions' online documentation and resource service is available to all Accounting and Financial software clients. The documentation is available for the software modules, as well as other helpful information. JSI Solutions also will post news and updates in its Clients Only section and respond to client questions. The newest Clients-Only offering, the JSI Network Services' SOA service for porting telephone numbers in the NPAC, offers an online port submission option to all clients subscribed to the service. This online option enables JSI's SOA clients to efficiently submit orders to our porting staff, ensuring their timely and accurate receipt. It also allows the user to store and manage their online requests at our site, eliminating the need to manage these orders internally. If you are a current SOA client interested in submitting your port orders online, please contact Karen Hoffman (khoffman@jsitel.com) at 301-459-7590. To use the online service, you will need your username and password. Only those clients making use of these three online applications can access the secure site. Clients (who have been issued their username and password) wishing to access these services should log in above.
