NPA-NXX Code Activation Report (NNCAR) Request Form

JSI’s NNCAR is a LATA-specific report providing new code (NXX) openings. For each LATA requested by a company, the NNCAR will contain the following information:

  • NPA-NXX
  • Switch CLLI Code
  • Effective Date
  • Rate Center Name
  • OCN (Operating Company Number)
  • State
  • Company Name
  • Portability Indicator (PI)

In addition, a separate report will be attached listing all new NPA openings in the entire North American Numbering Plan territory.

JSI’s NNCAR is available as an annual subscription and is distributed monthly. Currently, the NNCAR is provided in either paper or electronic format and is mailed or e-mailed to all subscribing companies on approximately the 20th of each month. The rates for this report are as follows:
